Confined Space Rescue (Level 1) is a 16-hour course, satisfying the requirements of the Saskatchewan Occupational Health

and Safety Regulations as pertaining to Confined Space Entry as well as NFPA 1006 (Chapter 7) and 1670. Further to the requirements of the OH&S, this course will also cover material specific to the needs of emergency responders.

Prerequisites: Fire Behavior / Orientation / PPE / SCBA

Clothing: Full turnout gear, or equivalent (Nomex coveralls, hardhat with chin strap, gloves, steel toe boots, safety glasses, etc.), SCBA and extra tank, rescue harness.
